By: Lisa Trosien, Impact Marketing and Training

The market is different and so is your prospect. If you haven't adjusted your leasing style, you're not going to survive. And with predictions that the market might not change for at least three more years, you need these skills NOW.

In this session you will learn:

  • The four different types of prospects of today's market and how to lease to them
  • What to say and how to say it
  • How to create "the comfort zone"
  • What prospects really want now
  • How to 'use the news' to sell today
