What is provided with each booth?
7"x44" Sign with Company name
1-6' Draped table (blue skirting) (double booths have 2 tables)
2 Chairs (double booths have 4 chairs)
1 Wastebasket
Pipe and drape color is gray (8' high backdrape, 3' high siderails)
Booth carpet is gray, aisle carpet is blue
What are the expo floor set-up and tear-down times?
Set-up times:
Monday, May 24 12noon to 6:00pm
Tuesday, May 25 8:00am to 12noon
Dismantle time:
Wednesday, May 26 1:00pm to 5:00pm
How should I ship materials to the show?
ALL materials must be shipped directly to Vista Convention Services. Shipments that arrive at the Hotel prior to the show will be refused. (see Materials Handling Order Forms). All forms are located at the top of this page.
Can I bring materials with me to the show?
If you chose to bring your exhibit booth and materials with you on set-up day, the materials must be of a size small enough to be hand-carried by your staff. Vista Services reserves the right to determine the appropriate size of materials that may be hand-carried, and may require your materials be brought to the loading zone. Please note: You cannot load and unload in the valet parking area at the Taj Mahal, which is the area located directly outside the expo doors.
When and where do I pick up my show badge?
The NJAA Registration Desk, which is located just outside the expo floor entrance, will be open on Monday, May 24 11:00am to 5:00pm and Tuesday, May 25 8:00am to 5:00pm. On Monday from 6:30pm-9pm, our Registration Desk will be located at the President's Reception. Please send one company representative to the Registration Desk to pick up your company badges.
No badges will be mailed in advance.
What are the Expo Floor Hours?
Tuesday, May 25: 1:30pm - 5:00pm
Wednesday, May 26: 9:30am - 1:00pm
(note breakfast will be served on the Expo floor on Wednesday beginning at 8:30am)

Keynote Luncheon on Tuesday is open to ALL exhibitors
(lunch will not be served on the Expo Floor on Tuesday)
Provided at each booth will be a 'give-away' announcement sheet. If you are conducting a raffle at the show, we will announce the winner for you.
Each booth is allotted a certain number of complimentary and
add-ons registrations (see Exhibitor Contract for more information). All additional registrations will be charged the appropriate Exhibitor Registration Fee. Please see the Registration Page for more details.
Reserve your hotel rooms by contacting the Taj Mahal Reservations Department
at 1-800-825-8888, the NJAA group code is ANJAP10.
You can book on-line through the NJAA reservation page. You do not need to enter the above group code. Select "Attendee Block" from the who are you tab.
The Taj Mahal is offering a $95.00 room rate or a $109.00 room rate for the Chairman Tower rooms.

Exhibit Booth Lottery
Booth lottery will take place on December 18, all contracts must be received by 5pm on December 17 to be included on the lottery process.

Exhibitor Directory
Your submission to the Exhibitor Directory will be emailed
to the booth contact for review.
All changes must be submitted in writing.
April 1, 2010
Exhibitor Booth Payment
Payment for Exhibitor Booths are due within 30 days and/or by April 1 or they will be cancelled and released for general sale. All deposits will be forfeited.
April 23, 2010
Exhibitor Registrations Due
All names for complimentary registrations and add-on registrations are due on April 23. After this date they will no longer be available. You will be able to make name changes until April 30.

Deadline for Exhibitor Directory Changes
All submissions and changes for the Exhibitor Directory must be received by 11:59am EST.
April 30, 2010
Deadline for Early Registrations/Name Changes Early Registration deadline is at 11:59pm EST on April 30. After this date, all additional registrations, name changes and substitutions will be subject to a $25.00 administration fee.
May 9, 2010
Hotel Room Block Released
All hotel reservations must be made by May 9 to be guaranteed the NJAA room rate. Rooms not utilized by May 9 will be removed from the NJAA room block and release for general sale.

May 21, 2010
Deadline for Late Registration
Late registration will close on May 21 at 12:00noon EST. After this date, all registrations will be subject to an on-site administration surcharge of $50.00.

Exhibitor Badge/Show Material Pick-up
Please send one representative to the NJAA Registration Desk to collect all your company's materials. The NJAA Registration Desk is located just outside the Expo Floor entrance.
